§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between MSU - Merch Shop United GmbH and you as a customer via our online shop bosna-dres.de. Deviating customer conditions are not recognized unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
By placing our products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. You can place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order. The purchase contract is concluded by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
All stated prices are final prices in Euros (€) and include the statutory value-added tax. Additional shipping costs are transparently displayed in the ordering process and in our shipping information.
§ 4 Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
- PayPal: You will be redirected to PayPal after completing the order. Your account will be debited directly after the contract is concluded.
- Credit Card (Shopify Payments): Visa, Mastercard, and others. The debit occurs directly upon order completion.
- Klarna: Payment by invoice, installment purchase, or instant transfer. Klarna's terms of use apply.
§ 5 Delivery and Shipping
We only ship within Germany via DHL and Deutsche Post. The shipping method depends on the size, weight, and type of the ordered items.
Shipping costs:
- Express shipping: €13.99 (2–4 business days)
- Free shipping for orders over €150.00
Delivery time: 2–4 business days after receipt of payment
Processing time: 0–1 business days after receipt of payment
We do not assume liability for delays caused by the shipping service provider. Different shipping costs may apply for custom-made products, personalized items, or bulky goods.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
§ 7 Liability for Defects (Warranty)
The statutory liability for defects applies. The limitation period for claims for defects in new goods is two years from delivery.
§ 8 Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, our liability is excluded as far as legally permissible.
§ 9 Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 10 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If the customer is a consumer residing in another EU member state, mandatory consumer protection regulations of the respective country remain unaffected.
