Shipping within Germany
We ship orders within Germany using our logistics partners DHL and Deutsche Post. The shipping method used depends on the size, weight, value, and type of items ordered. Smaller fan articles can be sent as letter, merchandise mail, or similar shipments, depending on the order. Larger or higher-value orders are usually sent as parcels.
Our goal is the fastest and most reliable delivery possible. At the same time, we want to keep shipping costs fair so that you don't pay unnecessarily high shipping costs for individual fan articles, jerseys, flags, or combined orders.

Processing Time for Your Order
Your order is usually processed within 0–1 business days after receipt of payment, provided all ordered items are immediately available. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive available shipping information by email.
During periods of particularly high demand, product drops, presale phases, holidays, or exceptionally high order volumes, processing may take a little longer in individual cases. Nevertheless, we strive to ship all orders as quickly and accurately as possible.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. A missing name on the mailbox, a wrong house number, a typo in the postcode, or an incomplete address can lead to delays, returns, or additional costs.
Delivery Times
Delivery time within Germany is generally approx. 2–4 business days after order processing. This information refers to regularly available items and normal shipping conditions.
Please note that we have no direct influence on delays by the shipping service provider. These include, for example, delays due to strikes, holidays, high parcel volumes, weather events, incorrect address details, or regional delivery problems.

Note on Pre-orders and Presale Products
Some products at Bosna-Dres.de may be offered as pre-order or presale. This means you can secure the item before its regular shipment. Shipping will then not occur immediately after the order, but from the date specified on the respective product page.
Especially for limited Bosnia jerseys, highly demanded fan articles, or special drops, a pre-order can be useful because certain sizes or variants can sell out quickly. At the same time, it is important that you carefully read the presale notice before purchasing.
Free Shipping from 150 €
Within Germany, we offer free shipping for orders over 150.00 €. This is particularly worthwhile if you combine several products – for example, a Bosnia jersey, a flag, keychains, or other fan articles.
Many customers order not only for themselves but also for family, friends, or as gifts. Especially before match days, fan evenings, public viewing, weddings, celebrations, or car parades, it can be useful to bundle several items in one order and thus save on shipping costs.
Shipping Outside Germany
Regular shipping via the shop currently takes place within Germany or to the countries that can be actively selected in the checkout. If you would like to order from Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, or another country, please contact us beforehand via the contact form or by email.
In individual cases, we can check whether an individual solution is possible. However, there is no entitlement to international shipping if your country is not selectable in the checkout. Please do not order with an incorrect or incomplete address, as this can lead to problems with delivery, return, and refund.
Returns and Shipping Costs
Returns must be made as part of an effective withdrawal or after prior agreement. A return without an effective withdrawal or without a comprehensible reference to the order does not automatically lead to a refund of shipping costs.
The costs of the return are generally borne by the buyer, unless otherwise expressly agreed or legally stipulated. Please ensure that goods are securely packaged so that they are not damaged on the way back.
Products should be returned unworn, unwashed, complete, and if possible, in original packaging. Special regulations may apply to personalized products, custom-made items, or individually manufactured items.
Custom-made Products, Personalized Products, and Bulky Goods
For custom-made products, personalized products, particularly large items, or bulky goods, additional shipping costs may apply. If such costs arise, they will either be displayed directly in the checkout or agreed upon with you in advance.
Personalized products and individually manufactured items may also have longer processing times. Therefore, please always observe the notes on the respective product page.
Note on Pricing and VAT
All prices in the shop are final prices and include statutory VAT. Additionally, shipping costs may apply, which are displayed in the checkout and in this shipping information.
