Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without stating any reasons.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the goods must be in their original condition – unused, unworn, in their original packaging and with undamaged labels. Please include proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or receipt).

Important note

If the item shows signs of use, the packaging is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to retain compensation for reduction in value of up to 15% of the purchase price in accordance with § 357 BGB.

Transport damage & shipping problems

Please report transport damage directly to the shipping service provider.
We are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
Please keep all packaging material to be able to assert any claims for damages.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Custom-made or personalized products

For returns outside the legal period or for used goods, a processing fee of at least 15% may be charged, provided the return is made as a gesture of goodwill.

Exchange

To exchange an item, please return the original item according to the return instructions and order the desired item separately.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the result by email.
In the event of an approved return, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
Depending on the payment service provider, delays in chargebacks may occur.
