Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving reasons.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the goods must be in their original condition – unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with undamaged labels. Please include proof of purchase, e.g., invoice or receipt.

Important notice

Should the item show signs of wear, or the packaging be missing or damaged, we reserve the right to retain compensation for value reduction of up to 15% of the purchase price, in accordance with § 357 BGB.

Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

Transit damage & shipping issues

Please report transit damage directly to the shipping service provider.
We are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
Please retain all packaging material to be able to assert any claims for damages.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are:

Custom-made or personalized products

For returns outside the statutory period or for used goods, a processing fee of at least 15% may be charged if the return is made as a gesture of goodwill.

Exchange

For an exchange, please return the original item according to the return instructions and order the desired item separately.

Refund

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will inform you of the result via email.
In the event of an approved return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on the payment service provider, there may be delays in chargebacks.
