Orders are usually processed within 0–1 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping is via DHL or Deutsche Post and then takes 2–4 business days within Germany. Important: For active pre-orders – e.g. the 2026 World Cup jerseys – the shipping date specified on the product page applies. These deliveries currently start from June 10, 2026.

Standard shipping within Germany costs €4.99. We also offer express shipping for €13.99. For orders over €150, shipping is completely free. This makes bulk orders particularly attractive – for example, if you order jerseys for the whole family or your fan club.

When you pre-order (Presale), you secure a product at the current price before it is officially available or shipped. Your payment will be processed immediately upon completion of the order. Shipping will then automatically commence from the specified date – you don't need to do anything further. You will receive an order confirmation by email and will be notified as soon as your package is on its way. For the 2026 World Cup jerseys: Order now, shipping from June 10, 2026. As a consumer, you have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Products can be returned within this period, provided they are in unworn, unwashed original condition and in their original packaging.
